Take the first step to book this trip of a lifetime. Full insurance covererage for over 5000m must be provided before trip departure and is a condition of participating in the trek Payment plans avaialble: Deposit:1,200 (to secure spot) and 5 monthly payments of $1,100, or other plan by arrangement Cancellation within 1 month of departure is non refundable but is transferable. Accomodation is twin share, if you are travelling alone you will be sharing with someone of the same sex. To confirm your booking, we require a non-refundable deposit of A$1,200 1. HOLD DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. 2. Hold deposits are transferable to another new attendee found and assigned by original attendee. 3. Full balance due 8 weeks before start date of trip unless otherwise noted. 4. Cancellation requests submitted within 60 days of retreat date, sorry but no refunds given, no exceptions. Trip costs are transferable to another new attendee found and assigned by original attendee. It is your responsibility to read and understand our cancellation policies. Exceptions cannot be made for any reason, including weather, injury/illness, or personal emergencies. No refunds or credits for failure to attend or failure to complete the trip, or for arriving late or leaving early. We recommend that you purchase your travel insurance early to include cancellation costs in order that your trip fees will be covered should you or your family have a medical problem prior to your trip or while on the trip. Trip insurance should also be purchased to cover medical expenses in the event you have an accident while on the trip. Most travel insurance must be purchased within 14 days of making your reservation. We reserve the right to cancel trips with inadequate participant interest, in which case all money paid to Jade Lee Yoga will be refunded. Notification of cancellation for this reason will occur at least 2 month prior to retreat start date. Jade Lee Yoga cannot be held responsible for any personal expenses, such as airline tickets due to changes in itineraries or retreat cancellations.
