A 5-day journey where you will learn techniques to regulate your nervous system, connect with your body, focus find stillness. If you are overwhelmed at times, would like to be more productive, would like to rid yourself of excessive worry and want to put yourself back in the driver's seat of your life, this course is for you. Living with a highly active sympathetic nervous system, the body remains in a heightened state of stress.
